Wine Shop Review: If you like your Rieslings on the sweet
side, this pretty wine is for you. It’s brisk in Central Coast acidity, with
citrus, peach, honeysuckle and spice flavors that finish clean and long.
My Review: This is by far my favorite “dessert” wine that I
have had at all of these tastings. The bouquet was very nice with strong flower
and citrus coming through. I thought that it was definitely a sweet wine with a
very long finish. The acid profile wasn’t too strong which allowed some of the
fruit and honey flavors to come through. A very good sweet Riesling.
I did not taste this wine with food.
