Wine Maker Review: Hints of white pulp fruits, such as apples and pears, come together harmoniously in the mouth, with a persistent fresh feel. A citrus colored, young and balanced wine, it has a smooth, delicate aroma characterized by notes of fresh fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and vibrant.
My Review: This was my favorite wine that I tasted over the break. I thought that absolutely everything about it worked well for me. It had a very nice crisp flavor, with very nice acidity balancing the fruity flavors. It had a little bit of fizz to it with some very nice citrus aromas. I also got very nice green apple aroma. When tasting it, it just came together and was fully balanced. Extremely good wine.

I did not taste this wine with food.
