Wine Expert Review: An aromatic red, with floral and white
peach n
otes accenting the black raspberry and plum flavors. This is open-knit
and fresh, offering light tannins on the finish.
My Review: This is by far the fruitiest red wine that I have
ever had. As soon as I did the sniff and swirl, I got strong fruit aromas.
Blackberry, strawberry, and plum definitely came through. This wine did come
from younger grapes so that may be part of the reason. The tannin levels in
this wine were very low, which was very refreshing to me as I think they can
sometimes be overwhelming. I also got all of the fruit flavors that I smelled
in the wine. This has been my favorite red to date.
I did not taste this wine with food.
