Tasting- Peter Lehmann Chardonnay

Name: Peter Lehmann Chardonnay
Variety: Chardonnay
Country: Australia
Region: N/A
Year: 2010
Price: Sale $9.95

Wine Shop Review: This 2010 Chardonnay presents subtle notes of spiced apple slices and ripe peaches with hints of freshly baked bread and melon. Light bodied, clean and refreshingly crisp in the mouth, it offers just enough apple pear flavor concentration, finishing with medium-long persistence. Drink it now to 2014.
My Review: I really enjoyed this chardonnay. I really liked the nose on this wine because I am a big fan of both apple and pear, and that is what immediately came through. It also had a slight yeasty smell like that of bread that hasn’t been baked yet. I thought the wine was nice and light with crisp smooth flavors. I also particularly enjoyed the finish because it was nice and long and allowed for me to really savor all of the flavors in it. I really liked this Chardonnay.

I did not taste this wine with food.
